After being on my own health journey I qualified as Personal Trainer in 2021, after qualifying I temporarily worked in a gym before deciding to go out on my own self employed, travelling to clients homes for 1-2-1’s, making exercise accessible and sustainable for the ladies I worked with. My approach was a holistic one encompassing not just exercise but health, fitness and nutritional guidance. In 2022, I expanded my services to include community-based exercise groups and this is where I found my true calling, for me witnessing how shared movement creates beautiful connections and friendships that not only transform physical health but overall wellbeing is what lights me up, this is where my passion lays.

Currently I run Sunrise Kettlebell Sessions, a 30 minute full body workout on the beach once a month followed by an optional sea swim.
