Empowered Women Empower Women events are monthly self care and networking events held in Ipswich and Felixstowe, Suffolk plus COMING SOON in DISS, Norfolk. A place where heart led business women gather to nurture themselves first and then connect. Theses communities are for women supporting women on self employed journeys. Where magic comes together and is created.

Join us for the 19th Empowered Women event for 30-45 minutes of self care with Nervous System Capacity Coach and founder of Rebel Healing Ralu Atomei leading "Self-Care: From Bubble Baths to Nervous System Capacity Building."

Flourish Tribe is a monthly membership for an online community of Empowered Women joining once a month on zoom and in a Whatsapp community where we are forging deeper connections and friendships. Flourish Tribe has had a massive impact on all those that have been attending.
