Soulful Doula Care
Pregnancy and birth hold a special place in my heart, shaped by my own transformative journey. After experiencing a traumatic birth in 2008 and a hospital birth in 2011, discovering I was pregnant again in 2022 became the catalyst for my deep dive into authentic birth education. I immersed myself completely in this profound work, earning my Doula qualification with ‘When Push Comes To Shove’ by late 2022 and welcoming my third child in 2023 through a natural home birth.
Having walked the full spectrum of birth experiences, I understand intimately how each journey shapes us. This personal evolution ignited my fierce commitment to empowering women through mindset, education and support, helping them make informed choices that leave them feeling confident and ready to embrace their strength.
I believe birth is both sacred and transformative, and I'm honoured to stand alongside women through every aspect of this profound experience.
Healing Facilitator
Certified to offer emotional support, space holding and guided inner work with the principles of ‘The Unity Project’.
Exploration of core emotions love and fear, the mind, body and spirit connection to wellness or dis-ease and deep understanding of core wounds.
How to heal the inner child and reparent yourself with tools to release generational trauma, this is the foundations of self healing, emotional awareness, spiritual connection and compassion.
This qualification and these skills allow me to fully support my clients not only with further deeper insight but also with regulation to hold the needed sacred space for pregnancy and birth.
